Creators take on Colombia with G Adventures
Nine days in Colombia with a group of women I barely knew turned into a journey of culture, connection, laughter, and the kind of conversations you only have when you’re miles from home. What started as a storytelling project became a reminder of how travel dissolves walls and builds community.
We didn’t just capture stories — we became part of one.
Why I Choose a Plant-Based Life (And Why It’s Not About Perfection)
A documentary opened my eyes to how deeply our food system impacts the planet, animals, and the people who grow our food. I went vegan overnight, then slowly softened as travel taught me that food isn’t just ethics—it’s culture, identity, and survival. Today, I still choose a plant-based lifestyle, but not from a place of perfection or labels. It’s simply how I opt out of a system built on waste, exploitation, and environmental harm.
This isn’t a call for everyone to “go vegan.” It’s an invitation to rethink the systems that shape what we eat, to explore small shifts that feel accessible, and to recognize that some of the most sustainable choices are also the simplest and cheapest.
It’s about alignment, curiosity, and compassion—for ourselves, for others, and for the planet we all share.
Six Months on the Road Without Ringo
Six months after losing Ringo, I find myself back on the road — same van, same sunsets, just a different co-pilot. Grief, I’m learning, doesn’t fade with time; it simply changes shape.
And somewhere between the stillness and the motion, I can still feel him here.
Running as a Creative Practice
Finding Meaning in Motion is my ongoing exploration of what it means to live, move, and create with intention.
Through running, travel, and storytelling, I’m learning that movement isn’t just physical — it’s a way to process, imagine, and connect.
These reflections are a reminder that you don’t have to escape your life to feel alive — sometimes, the journey happens one mindful mile at a time.Running as a Creative Practice
Lessons in Stillness: What the Desert Taught Me About Presence
Stillness has a way of finding you when you least expect it. For me, it arrived somewhere between exhaustion and awe — after nearly 24 hours of travel and months of movement — in the vast quiet of Chile’s Atacama Desert.
Over six days with Trekking Aymara, I met people whose lives are woven into this wild landscape: a winemaker in Codpa, a 79-year-old shepherd in Lauca, and guides who carry centuries of Aymara tradition in every step. I learned about El Temple — the strength within to do hard things — and was reminded that travel’s greatest gift is humility.
The Atacama taught me that stillness isn’t the absence of movement — it’s the presence of awareness.
What a Year Can Hold
It hit me the other morning — two months left in 2025. And for a split second, I felt that familiar flutter of panic.Did I do enough?Did I check every box on the vision board? Was this year what I imagined it would be? But then I stopped. And I looked back. Because...
